Dusk là trợ lý cá nhân giúp bạn ghi chi tiêu, việc cần làm và những điều cần nhớ bằng giọng nói hoặc văn bản. Liên hệ về quyền riêng tư: nguyenthithuytrang08072007@gmail.com.

Dữ liệu và mục đích sử dụng

Tài khoản: mã tài khoản, định danh đăng nhập Apple/Google, email và tên được cung cấp nếu có, cùng các phiên đăng nhập, dùng để xác thực và đồng bộ giữa thiết bị.
Nội dung của bạn: khoản chi, việc và ghi chú kèm theo, lời nhắc, lịch sử hội thoại, thông tin đã nhớ, nhật ký trí nhớ và cài đặt. Dusk lưu dữ liệu trên thiết bị và đồng bộ dữ liệu tài khoản lên máy chủ; một số tùy chọn như chế độ nhắc nhở thuộc riêng từng thiết bị.
Xử lý AI: khi dùng AI trực tuyến, văn bản yêu cầu và ngữ cảnh cần thiết — có thể gồm hội thoại gần đây, trí nhớ, khoản chi, việc/ghi chú, ngôn ngữ, tiền tệ, múi giờ và mã tài khoản Dusk — được gửi đến máy chủ Dusk và các nhà cung cấp AI qua OpenRouter. Một số yêu cầu được xử lý bằng quy tắc hoặc mô hình trên thiết bị. Nội dung trí nhớ và, khi cần, câu tìm kiếm cũng được gửi đến dịch vụ embedding để tạo chỉ mục tìm kiếm; cấu hình mặc định dùng OpenRouter. Dusk lưu nội dung và biểu diễn số của trí nhớ trong chỉ mục trên máy chủ.
Giọng nói: Dusk dùng dịch vụ nhận dạng giọng nói của hệ điều hành. Trên iOS, Apple có thể xử lý âm thanh theo cài đặt và chính sách của Apple; nhận dạng không được bảo đảm luôn diễn ra trên thiết bị. Dusk không tải bản ghi âm lên API Dusk hoặc dịch vụ AI của Dusk. Văn bản nhận dạng được xử lý như nội dung bạn gõ.
Tệp nhập: khi bạn chọn nhập chi tiêu từ ảnh, PDF hoặc tệp văn bản/bảng dữ liệu, tệp, tên tệp hoặc nội dung cần xử lý được gửi đến API Dusk và dịch vụ AI để trích xuất khoản chi. PDF có thể dùng dịch vụ đọc tệp của OpenRouter, hiện cấu hình Cloudflare AI. Dusk không lưu tệp gốc thành tệp đính kèm trên máy chủ; bản tạm có thể còn trong bộ nhớ đệm thiết bị. Khoản chi bạn xác nhận trở thành dữ liệu tài khoản.
Gói Pro: Apple và RevenueCat xử lý giao dịch và trạng thái thuê bao. Dusk cung cấp mã tài khoản cho RevenueCat và lưu quyền sử dụng, thời hạn cùng sự kiện mua hàng để cập nhật gói. Dusk không nhận số thẻ thanh toán của bạn.
Vận hành: Dusk lưu bản giới hạn độ dài của yêu cầu AI, loại kết quả, thời điểm, mô hình, số token, chi phí, lỗi và thời gian phản hồi để vận hành và xử lý sự cố. Dusk cũng lưu lịch sử thay đổi trí nhớ và thao tác quản trị liên quan. Một phần dữ liệu này gắn với tài khoản.

Quyền truy cập và bên xử lý

Dusk xin quyền micro/nhận dạng giọng nói khi dùng giọng nói, và quyền thông báo/báo thức khi bật nhắc việc. Lời nhắc được lên lịch trên thiết bị và có thể hiển thị nội dung việc trên màn hình khóa tùy cài đặt hệ thống. Dusk chỉ đọc ảnh hoặc tệp bạn chọn qua bộ chọn hệ thống. Bạn có thể quản lý quyền trong Cài đặt của thiết bị.

Các bên xử lý gồm Apple (đăng nhập, nhận dạng giọng nói, tính năng hệ thống và thanh toán), Google (nếu bạn chọn đăng nhập Google), OpenRouter và các nhà cung cấp mô hình/embedding hoặc đọc tệp được sử dụng, RevenueCat (gói Pro), cùng hạ tầng lưu trữ máy chủ của Dusk. Các bên này có thể xử lý dữ liệu ngoài quốc gia của bạn và áp dụng chính sách lưu trữ riêng.

Dusk không bán dữ liệu cá nhân, không hiển thị quảng cáo và không dùng dữ liệu để theo dõi bạn trên app hay website khác.

Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Kết nối đến máy chủ production của Dusk được mã hóa bằng HTTPS. Phiên đăng nhập trên iOS được lưu bằng SecureStore; nội dung ứng dụng còn có bản lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị. Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ để cung cấp dịch vụ cho đến khi bạn xóa từng mục hoặc xóa tài khoản.

Quên từng mục loại bỏ mục đó khỏi trí nhớ đang dùng, nhưng hội thoại, nhật ký thay đổi và bản sao lưu có thể còn bản cũ. Lịch sử chỉ mục trí nhớ được dọn định kỳ. Bản sao lưu máy chủ được luân chuyển riêng và không bị sửa trực tiếp bởi thao tác xóa trong app. Nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba có thời hạn lưu trữ riêng; xóa tài khoản Dusk không tự xóa tài khoản Apple/Google hoặc hồ sơ thanh toán của họ.

Quyền của bạn và xóa tài khoản

Xem, sửa và xóa từng mục: quản lý khoản chi, việc và ghi chú trong app; vào Trí nhớ để xem và quên điều đã nhớ.
Xóa tài khoản: vào Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản, đọc cảnh báo và xác nhận xóa vĩnh viễn. Dusk xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu đang hoạt động, gồm khoản chi, việc/ghi chú, hội thoại, trí nhớ/nhật ký/chỉ mục, trạng thái gói và phiên đăng nhập. Thiết bị thực hiện xóa được đăng xuất và xóa dữ liệu tài khoản cục bộ; các phiên đăng nhập khác mất hiệu lực. Thiết bị khác đang ngoại tuyến có thể còn bản lưu cục bộ cho đến khi kết nối lại và cập nhật trạng thái đăng nhập. Bộ nhớ đệm, bản sao lưu và hồ sơ bên ngoài có thể chưa được xóa ngay.
Gia hạn Pro: xóa tài khoản không hủy thuê bao App Store. Nếu có thuê bao tự gia hạn, hãy hủy trong Cài đặt iOS → Tài khoản Apple → Đăng ký để tránh tiếp tục bị tính phí; bạn vẫn có thể xóa tài khoản ngay.
Trợ giúp hoặc yêu cầu dữ liệu: gửi email tới nguyenthithuytrang08072007@gmail.com. Không cần gửi email để hoàn tất luồng xóa tài khoản trong app.

Trẻ em và thay đổi chính sách

Dusk không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Khi chính sách thay đổi, bản mới được đăng tại địa chỉ này kèm ngày cập nhật.

Dusk is a personal assistant for expenses, tasks and things to remember, using voice or text. Privacy contact: nguyenthithuytrang08072007@gmail.com.

Data and how it is used

Account: your account ID, Apple/Google sign-in identifier, any email and name provided, and login sessions are used for authentication and synchronization across devices.
Your content: expenses, tasks and task notes, reminders, conversation history, remembered information, memory journals and settings. Dusk stores data on your device and synchronizes account data to its servers; some preferences, such as reminder mode, are specific to each device.
AI processing: online AI features send your request and necessary context — which may include recent conversation, memories, expenses, tasks/notes, language, currency, time zone and Dusk account ID — to Dusk's servers and AI providers through OpenRouter. Some requests are handled by rules or a model on your device. Memory text and, when needed, search queries are also sent to an embedding service to build a search index; the default configuration uses OpenRouter. Dusk stores memory text and its numerical representations in its server-side index.
Voice: Dusk uses the operating system's speech recognition service. On iOS, Apple may process audio according to Apple's settings and policies; recognition is not guaranteed to remain on-device. Dusk does not upload audio recordings to Dusk's API or AI services. Recognized text is handled like typed content.
Imported files: when you select an image, PDF or text/tabular file to import expenses, the file, its name or relevant content is sent to Dusk's API and AI services to extract expenses. PDFs may use OpenRouter's file-reading service, currently configured to use Cloudflare AI. Dusk does not save original files as server attachments; temporary copies may remain in the device cache. Expenses you confirm become account data.
Pro plan: Apple and RevenueCat process transactions and subscription status. Dusk shares your account ID with RevenueCat and stores entitlement, expiration and purchase-event information to update your plan. Dusk does not receive your payment card number.
Operations: Dusk records a length-limited copy of AI requests, result types, timestamps, models, token counts, cost, errors and response timings to operate and troubleshoot the service. Dusk also retains memory change history and related administrative records. Some of this data is linked to your account.

Permissions and processors

Dusk requests microphone/speech recognition access for voice input, and notification/alarm permission when you enable reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device and may display task content on the lock screen depending on system settings. Dusk reads only images or files you select through the system picker. You can manage permissions in your device's Settings.

Processors include Apple (sign-in, speech recognition, system features and payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in), OpenRouter and the model/embedding or file-reading providers used, RevenueCat (Pro subscriptions), and Dusk's server hosting infrastructure. These parties may process data outside your country and apply their own retention policies.

Dusk does not sell personal data, display advertising or use data to track you across other apps or websites.

Storage and security

Connections to Dusk's production servers are encrypted with HTTPS. Login sessions on iOS are stored using SecureStore; app content also has a local copy on your device. Account data is retained to provide the service until you delete individual items or your account.

Forgetting an item removes it from active memory, but conversations, change history and backups may retain earlier copies. Memory index history is cleaned periodically. Server backups rotate separately and are not directly rewritten by in-app deletion. Third-party providers have their own retention periods; deleting a Dusk account does not automatically delete your Apple/Google account or their payment records.

Your choices and account deletion

Review, edit and delete items: manage expenses, tasks and notes in the app; open Memory to review and forget remembered information.
Delete your account: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, read the warning and confirm permanent deletion. Dusk removes your account and associated data from its active database, including expenses, tasks/notes, conversations, memories/journals/indexes, plan status and login sessions. The device performing deletion is signed out and its local account data is cleared; other login sessions are invalidated. Other offline devices may retain cached data until they reconnect and update their sign-in state. Caches, backups and external records may not disappear immediately.
Pro renewal: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you have an auto-renewing subscription, cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions to prevent further billing; you may still delete your account immediately.
Help or data requests: email nguyenthithuytrang08072007@gmail.com. Email is not required to complete the in-app account deletion flow.

Children and policy changes

Dusk is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. When this policy changes, the updated version is published here with its update date.
